دور النجف في انتفاضة تشرين الثاني 1952 ( في ضوء وثائق مديرية المخابرات السرية والسياسية في وزارة الداخلية العراقية)- دراسة وثائقية

Abstract

كان لقلة الاهتمام بالتواريخ المحلية ، وتهميش دور المدن السياسي في التأثير على الأحداث وتحريكها والتركيز على دور العاصمة بغداد ، أثره الكبير في اختياري للموضوع ، إذ ان ما دوّن عن مدينة النجف لا يتجاوز الجانب الأدبي والسياسي في أحداثه الكبرى إلا في القليل من جزئياته .

البحث هو دراسة وثائقية اعتمدت على ما توافر لدّي من وثائق تخص الموضوع في ثنايا الملفة ( المرقمة 27 / 69 / قسم 1 ) المعنونة ( الأمن العام / الدعايات والمظاهرات في الألوية ) ، فضلا عن وثائق في ملفات أخرى ، وهي جميع لم ترَ النور من قبل ، وهذه الوثائق عبارة عن مجموعة المخاطبات الرسمية التي جرت حول يوميات الانتفاضة والأحداث التي سبقتها بين وزارة الداخلية ، ومديرية المخابرات السرية ، ومديرية الأمن العامة ، والشعبة الخاصة في مديرية التحقيقات الجنائية ، ودائرة التفتيش الإداري ، ومتصرفية لواء كربلاء ودوائر الأمن والشرطة فيها ، وقائممقامية قضاء النجف وإدارتها المحلية ، لذلك أعدها كشفا وثائقيا لم يتطرق له احد من قبل فيما يخص دور النجف في الانتفاضة ، ان هذه التفاصيل التي لم تعرض سابقا ، سبق ان جيّرت أحداثها للأحزاب والحركات من دون الأشخاص من قتلى وجرحى ومعتقلين ، الذين هم أبطالها الحقيقيون ، وهي بذلك وثقت تفاصيل دائرة الحدث أولا ، ودور الحركة الوطنية في مقاومة السلطات الحكومية وسياساتها   ثانيا .

تضمن البحث عرضا مختصرا لأحداث الانتفاضة في العاصمة بغداد ، ثم استعراض تفاصيل الأحداث التي شهدتها مدينة النجف من إضرابات وتظاهرات ومواجهات مع قوات الشرطة ثم الجيش ، ومواقف بعض القيادات الدينية التي فرض عليها عنف الأحداث ان تُبدي رأيا لتصبح جزءاً من الحدث ، فضلا عن مواقف ونشاط الأحزاب والحركات والشخصيات المحلية . ولم يشأ الباحث غمط حق جهة على حساب جهة أخرى ، إيمانا منه بالتزام الحيادية واستعراض الأحداث كما وصفتها التقارير ، وان كان لنا رأي يتعارض مع بعض الأوصاف والتسميات .
