Abstract

I tried to examine the perceptions of jurists legitimacy in their deduction  of provisions and how to  infer them with various evidence and how to absorb  the multiple sayings to come out with a  judgment that reassures him, which indicates the deepening of their research and this is what appeared through the presentation  of  jurisprudential opinions of scholars of the fourth century of migration, specifically to the views of Ibn al-Junaid and the effects he left reflect his distinct potential among his peers has all been damaged because of the fierce attack on the Arab-Islamic civilization and lost as a result of a large number of literature Which includes the antiquities of Ibn al-Junaid al-Faqih
