التحليل الاستراتيجي والاداء التنافسي دراسة تحليلية في صناعة الخدمات المصرفية

تاسعا البحث الموسوم بـ(التحليل الاستراتيجي والأداء التنافسي دراسة تحليلية في صناعة الخدمات المصرفية) للمدرس الدكتور عبد السلام إبراهيم عبيد، وقد اشتمل على ثلاثة مباحث، اختص الأول بـ(منهجية البحث ودراسات سابقة)، وقد عرض فيه لمشكلة البحث و بيّن أهدافه ثم استعرض أهم الدراسات السابقة، واختص المبحث الثاني بالدراسة النظرية، وقد أوضح فيها أن البحث هو محاولة لاختبار العلاقات السببية بين كثافة التحليل الاستراتيجي في صناعة الخدمات المصرفية وقدرتها في تحقيق التمايز في الأداء التنافسي، وتناول المبحث الثالث (نتائج التحليل والمناقشة)، فقد عرض فيه الباحث نتائج الاختبارات الوصفية لمتغيرات البحث مرفقة بالأشكال التوضيحية والجداول الإحصائية، وقد توصل الباحث الى أن التحليل الاستراتيجي يسهم بفعالية في تحسين قدرة الإدارات المصرفية على صياغة الرؤى والاستراتيجيات الإبداعية. Contemporary literatures in the field of strategic management have shown increasing interest in the issue of strategic analysis and it's impacts on banking industry competitive performance، and on it's capability to achieve sustainable advantage in property business environment. An integrative model of causal relationships among environmental، managerial and organizational factors، strategic analysis intensity and competitive performance was developed and tested by using data from four private banks. The results suggested that the intensity with which banks engage in the strategic analysis process has a direct positive effect on banks competitive performance. Results also indicated a reciprocal relationship between strategic analysis intensity and competitive performance، that is strategic analysis intensity causes better performance، on the other hand better competitive performance require greater strategic analysis intensity. Finally the results hold important implications for other future researches and studies.Downloads
