The concealment of the body of a dead person as a crime independent of the crime of murder was the intention of the legislator to punish it, which is to preserve the evidence of the crime, so we see that the degree of this crime within the crimes against persons and affecting human life and the safety of his body is incorrect, but must be included among the crimes against the course of justice, because it prejudices the course of the judiciary and misleads, because the behavior of the offender hinders the activity of the public authority that seeks to reveal the truth about cases of unnatural death.
