دور سايكلوجية الافراد في تحقيق الجوده الشاملة باستخدام انموذج فرويد وادلر

لأهميتها وكونها سمة العصر الحالي ، تناشده جميع المؤسسات الخدمية والانتاجية على حد سواء . ويعد من المواضيع المهمة لنجاح المؤسسة او المنظمة ، الا وهو التركيب النسبي للافراد العاملين ، يوصي البحث بوجود علاقة بين التفسير السايكولوجي لنمذج فرويد ومتغير ادارة الجودة .
وجود علاقة بين متغير التفسير السايكولوجي لنموذج ادلر ومتغير ادارة الجودة ، لايوجد تعارض سايكولوجي مع مفهوم ادارة الجودة ، الدور السايكولوجي الذي يلعبه الافراد العاملين في تقبل مفاهيم الجودة. استخدام البرامج التدريبية لازالة الخوف ، ترسيخ عوامل الفخر والانجاز والمتعة.
The topic of the total quality management has been satisfied a study in the last years of what this topic enjoys it from the superior importance . The creation way and a creation are specific strategies means it helps it in the achievement of the differentiation, from these means the philosophy of the total quality management, Because it consider one of the means , the styles , the ways and the basic principles that it is possible their use in the achievement of the organization target . The quality became a feature of present time and its recitation is all service and productive organizations equally. Therefore the mentioning will take place in our study of this to the most important topic and it is considered from the main topics for the success of the organization, which is the psychological assembling of the working individuals, and this variable complicates its measurement Without its linking to the total quality, therefore in our study of this showing the role that the individuals psychology working in the total quality management plays . Consequently there a commitment and an effect between the quality management are the individuals psychology . This what the coming study sections will answer it .
