أنماط التركيب الاقتصادي و العوامل المؤثرة فيه في محافظة المثنى لعامي 1997 و 2014 م

Abstract

يهتم الباحثون في حقول المعرفة المختلفة بدراسة القوى العاملة المختلفة بدراسة القوى العاملة، لما لها من اهمية في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، ورسم خطط المستقبل، وتأتي اهمية دراسة القوى العاملة ضمن اي مجتمع بشري كونها احد العناصر المهمة والاساسية في التركيب الاقتصادي ولها دلالتها الخاصة على كافة المستويات، نظرا لعدم وجود دراسة لهذا الموضوع على مستوى محافظة المثنى، ولكونه اصبح مشكلة سكانية تحتاج الى قياس هذا التباين والتغير، ما دفع الباحث لاختيار هذا الموضوع ميدانا للدارسة، وبلغ حجم القوى العاملة لعام 1997 (24,7%) انخفض الى(24%) في عام 2014، وتفوق حجم القوى العاملة الريفية على نظيراتها الحضرية في عام 1997 لتشكل نسبة  (56,2%) مقابل (43,8%) في حين تغير الحال في عام 2014 ليكون التفوق لصالح القوى العاملة الحضرية مشكلةً (57,2%) مقابل (42,8%).  

The study included analysis of variance to bring spatial workforce in the province of Al-Muthana, for the period (1997-2014), and detection of variables affecting the spatial relationships that explain this discrepancy.

The first chapter discusses aspects of natural and human resources for the study area (Al-Muthana province), and the effect of both the natural and human characteristics on the size of the workforce any longer the natural characteristics of the foundation and bedrock of investment and attract the workforce.

In other words there is a close link between natural and human data, which works to find the workforce, either Chapter II Avih him spatial variation of the size of the workforce according to the environment and quality and its impact on the crude economic activity rates.

The total working force reached %27.4 in 1997 and decreased to %24 according to the field study conducted in 2014. The study revealed the dominance of the service sector on the distribution of the working force according to the economic activities with a ration of %41.8 of the total working force.
