المتطلبات التخطيطية للمعالجات المناخية مدينة الزبير انموذجا

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر المناخ في التخطيط العمراني, حيث يعد المناخ المحلي للمدينة من أكثر المظاهر الطبيعية تأثيراً على الإنسان الحضري خاصةً  في المناطق الصحراوية، و يظهر تأثيره في شكل مورفولوجية المدينة و ترابط أجزائها، اذ ان التخطيط العمراني لتصميم العمران يتأثر بالمناخ الذي هو من بين العوامل الطبيعية المهمة لوجود علاقة واضحة بين المحلات العمرانية والاقاليم المناخية , لذلك فأن دراسة مناخ المدينة (City Climate) بجميع عناصره الرئيسة و المهمة أمر في غاية الأهمية في اختيار مواقع المناطق السكنية و نمط تخطيطها و تصميم مبانيها وفق الخصوصية الصحراوية، بالشكل الذي يحقق الكفاءة المناخية الأكثر ملائمة لراحة الإنسان. ونظراً لوقوع مدينة الزبير في منطقة صحراوية حارة وجافة كما سيثبت لاحقاً في العناصر المناخية ،فيجب اتباع معالجات تخطيطية عمرانية لمواجهة الظروف المناخية القاسية .  This study aims to shed light on the impact of climate in urban planning, where is the local climate of the city of more physical manifestations impact on human urbanization, especially in desert areas, and shows the impact in the form of the morphology of the city and interdependence of its parts, because the urban planning for the design of architecture influenced by climate which is among the natural factors important to the existence of a clear relationship between the shops Urban and regional climate, so the study of climate of the city (City Climate) of all elements of the Chairperson and the task is very important in the selection of sites residential areas and pattern of planning and design of buildings according to the Privacy desert, as which achieves efficiency climate most suitable for human comfort. due to the occurrence of the city of Zubayr in the hot, dry desert, as will prove later in the climatic elements, they must follow the urban planning handlers to cope with the harsh climatic conditions.
