جامعة الكوفة الاهلية دراسة وثائقية

Abstract

اختيرت الكوفة مكاناً لتأسيس جامعة الكوفة الأهلية على وفق اعتبارات تاريخية وحضارية تميزت بها هذه المدينة و التي جمعت بين الأصالة والإبداع في مختلف ميادين الفكر والمعرفة . ولغرض تحقيق هذه الفكرة قدمت مجموعة من الشخصيات العلمية والاجتماعية طلباً الى وزارة الداخلية بتاريخ ( 18 تشرين الأول 1966 ) لغرض إجازتهم بتأسيس جمعية باسم  ( الجمعية المؤسسة لجامعة الكوفة ) إدراكا منهم للرسالة العلمية والإنسانية التي يحملوها ويرغبون بأدائها . تضمن البحث تفاصيل مراحل المشروع من تاريخ تقديم الطلب ، ثم مرحلة تأسيس الجمعية المؤسسة لجامعة الكوفة الأهلية ، و تشكيل اللجان العلمية و المالية للكليات المقترحة ، و القيام بحملة لجمع التبرعات لجمع مبلغ أولي مقداره ( 750000 ) دينار عراقي لتغطية متطلبات المرحلة التمهيدية لتكوين جامعة الكوفة الأهلية . ثم سعي الجمعية المؤسسة للحصول على قطعة ارض واسعة تكون كافية لإنشاء مرافق الجامعة وكلياتها المقترحة ، إذ وقع الاختيار على قطعة الأرض الأميرية الواقعة بعد حدود نهر ( كري سعدة ) المندرس والى الغرب منه باتجاه النجف بواجهة تمتد ( 2000 ) متر على طريق الكوفة / النجف ، وبعمق مقداره ( 4500 ) متر وهو يشمل القطع المرقمة  ( 3 من المقاطعة 4 نجف ) ، و ( 740 ، 13 ، 1/ 19 ، 322 من المقاطعة 18 الكوفة ) وهي في مجموعها تشكل مساحة مقدارها ( 10.767.500 ) متر مربع وتساوي    ( 4307 ) دوانم " . وقبل صدور قرار التمليك صدر قرار وزارة الداخلية المرقم ( 213 ) في   ( 30 كانون الثاني 1969 ) القاضي بحل الجمعية المؤسسة لجامعة الكوفة ، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتصفية موجوداتها . وقد قدم البحث عرضاً كاملاً لخطوات عملية التصفية التي جرت من قبل محكمة بذاءة الكرخ ، وصولاً إلى الخطوات التي جرت لأحياء المشروع على صعيد رسمي و الذي  لم يرى النور إلا في سنة ( 1978 ) حينا صدر الأمر بتشكيل جامعة الكوفة . Chosen to establish a place of Kufa University, Kufa, the civil considerations, according to historical and cultural characterized the city and this collected between originality and creativity in various fields of thought and knowledge.
