Abstract

This research discusses the problem of management with a large political and social dimension, taking into account the human factor that activates history, pushing towards progress or observation, keeping pace with history, and there is going beyond it, and also there is lagging behind it, and living its horizons. This is the problem of peoples and their negative and positive interaction with the events of their history and awareness of them. We mentioned the difference between them in terms of factor, and we divided the research into three sections, in questions whose answers represent part of the typical interpretation, learning the objective and conceptual connection to the meaning of history, and the reasons for dependence on it, Utopian historicism. , or metaphysical, or realistic, to try to discredit the illusion of a story that closed the general path of peoples’ lives, or ideologically subsumed human figures, and to distinguish it from history, by being a real act that does not accept conflicting interpretive readings.
