Abstract

This research talks about the concept of inference (inference) according to what those concerned with this science know, as the research dealt with the concept of inference linguistically and idiomatically, and the research also divided inference into two types of direct and indirect, as it focused on the topic of contradiction, which is part of the parts of direct inference. Contradictions are of four types, contradiction, contradiction, what is under contradiction, overlap, and the research focused on contradiction from a comparative and analytical point of view, according to what Ibn Sina saw

Ibn Sina excluded all the different issues from being subject to the provisions of contradiction for reasons including the research, and focused on the predicate case only that can be described as contradictory.
