The organizational learning process and its impact on creativity in the Algerian institution: a field study

This study aims to shed light on creativity and its role in encouraging the organizational learning process in the Algerian institution, on the basis that organizational learning is a major step in the learning organization. To this end, we surveyed the opinions of workers in the "Mahbouba Food Pasta" establishment, which is active in the industrial sector in the state of Annaba, based on a questionnaire that included questions about aspects of creativity that has a positive impact on the organizational learning process in the institution under study.
