Abstract

Urban sprawl is a multi-faceted concept that represents the

external spread of the city and its suburbs at the expense of the lands surrounding the city and has a negative impact on the city's infrastructure and city sustainability. The land, which is considered the realistic result of the planning work, and that the concept of land uses has been known since ancient times, given that the city is in continuous growth and permanent development due to changes and increase in population numbers and economic development. Therefore, organizing land uses is important and necessary to accommodate this development and random growth. for the city.
