The Geopolitical Rise of Brazil Foundations and challenges

The research paper deals with the rise of the Brazilian geopolitical force during the first decade of the current century. It explained the great growth of the Brazil’s economy which enabled it to exercise, during that period , its large presence on the Latin American countries and on the international scene. It became a member of the organization of the twenty’s country and joined the BRICS moreover , it established commercial and economic organizations .in South American Continent and participated in the international peace keeping forces. The research paper studied the challenges that faced the Brazilian state at the end of Lula’s regime and the overthrew of president Dilma in 2016 and its impacts on Brazilian regional an d international power specially when the right wing led by Polsonaro took power after the elections of autumn 2016.
