Summary :
The later centuries in Islamic history are abundant in scientific production, as scholars and jurists who lived in those centuries contributed to authoring a large number of works that dealt with various fields in Islamic thought of that era, and the observer notices that the authorship of some jurists tended towards molecules and delved into them, so they devised treatments It copes with the latest developments.
And among what has been written in this regard is the letter (Al-Ahsaari) tagged (Explanation of the provisions of the lands). In this message, Sheikh (Al-Aqsaari) dealt with the types of agricultural lands in terms of ownership of its neck and the financial consequences due on its investor, and among some exceptions that were applied in its investment, and between the limits of what the owner of these types of land is entitled to dispose of, such as sale, gift, endowment, and others Among the aspects of the conduct of the transfer of ownership. And he touched upon the amounts of the exclusion imposed on this type of land. And defined it with two systems, and gave adequate information about each of them.
