Abstract
In this study I was exposed to the concept of paradox in the threshold of the title of the Iraqi novel published the research has an introduction entitled (the paradox in the arab critical effort) then two topics were followed by : the first topic the constructivist paradox through which it was exposed to the paradox of intertextuality symbol and metaphor the chromatic paradox the ironic paradox the temporal paradox and the research ended with a conclusion followed by a list of the research sources and references .
