Abstract
The study explained the influential leadership talents of Russian society and the various professional roles of Russian thinkers and philosophers as political and economic theorists, leaders of political organizations and revolutionary democratic movements, writers, writers, journalists, editors-in-chief of Russian academic journals and their editors, which had an active role in formulating their political and economic theories, ideas, intellectual propositions and scientific writings and publishing newspapers and magazines that Contributed to the consolidation of the revolutionary democratic principles that deepened communication between the classes of society and contributed to the development of the mind and the development of culture to liberation from the tyrannical Russian government and the feudal and capitalist classes allied with it and to grant the Russian people political, economic and intellectual freedoms, as well as their interest in science and knowledge and their formation of scientific circles because scientific progress and knowledge acquisition in a way Organized by looking at the experiences of others and reading their conclusions, which is the basis for the historical development and the growth of the cognitive power of the mind that is based on organized political planning to encourage members of the student circles to develop education and spread scientific knowledge among the members of Russian society in order to The development of national awareness and the awakening of patriotic feelings that help fuel revolutionary political ideas to confront the absolute Russian government and the two classes allied with it, especially feudalism and capitalism.
The study revealed the serious initiatives of Russian thinkers and philosophers in forming political organizations called revolutionary action planning for liberation from tyrannical authority and exploitation of the feudal class. The number of workers' strikes led by the toiling classes, and these are clear evidence, as mentioned by thinkers and philosophers, on the beginning of revolutionary political planning in order to achieve the specified goals.
