This study attempts to shed light on the political dimension of culture for Muhammad Tayseer al-Dhabyan in light of colonial domination in Jordan. In the first stage, the focus will be on basic points, the most important of which are the methods and mechanisms of education, and then highlight the role of Muhammad Taysir al-Dhabyan in building a modern society open to the regional and global environment. When he linked the past with its heritage and technical knowledge achievements to the present and the future and established the College of Islamic Sciences as well as other cultural aspects represented by holding scientific conferences, and the matter was not limited to this only, but continued his educational effort, when he was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Knowledge, if he paid attention By examining certificates for primary and secondary studies, dividing teachers into grades, allocating monthly salaries to them, and making education free with full sponsorship of students. Thus, Muhammad Tayseer Al-Dhabian is considered one of the men of the Renaissance in the modern Arab world.
