Abstract:
The ancient Iraqi civilization contributed to the enrichment of human civilizations in many fields and at all levels, and among those important contributions that left a great impact and a prominent role that is still up to now, which is the preparation and employment of people working as messengers or royal ambassadors who represent rulers and kings and represent them in representing their country and organizing international relations Between Mesopotamia and the rulers of other countries.
