Abstract:
The study deals with AL-Najaf Al-Ashraf’s position of the on the Committee of Union and Progress, by the stand of Hawza and AL-Najaf population on it and the role of this Committee in the events of that period of time, as well as the policy that the association adopted after it took power, the dismissal of Sultan Abdul Hamid II, and its coup on the concepts and slogans that it launched at the beginning, which led to the city's position being different from what was at the beginning of that association.
