Abstract:
The research aims to test the relationship between personality traits and organizational spontaneous behaviors in the Maysan Governorate Court, as the research dealt with personality traits as an independent variable through its dimensions (extroversion, compatibility, living conscience, emotional stability, openness to experience) and organizational spontaneous behaviors as a dependent variable through its dimensions (Helping co-workers, protecting the organization, making constructive suggestions, developing oneself, spreading goodwill).
In order to achieve the goals of the research and answer its questions, the Maysan Governorate Court was chosen as a field for the applied side of the research, and the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and the questionnaire was distributed to the employees of the Maysan Governorate Bureau, who are (91) questionnaires out of (110) employees as it was done Retrieval (88) is a valid questionnaire for statistical analysis, i.e. a representation rate of (80%), and the research included hypotheses for testing the effect relationship between the variables. The statistical program was adopted program Smart (SPSS V.20).
The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was that spontaneity is individual practice. Thus, individuals are automatic and groups can be considered a spontaneous metaphor, as the employee cares for the reputation of the organization and feels happy when others speak positively about it.
