Abstract:
The studies related to the elites belong to the field of group studies that are concerned with the social, political, economic and military activities that exercise their activities within groups that are relatively independent from their surroundings, and the competition that occurs between their personalities or between them and those in power on the other hand in order to reach a position Deciding or maintaining their Positions. It is not possible to deal with the concept of the elite as a fixed state with regard to defining its role, its functional definition and the type of its tasks without looking at the flow of this elite, so what was an elite in the past may no longer be, or not necessarily an elite in the present, as it differs from one society to another and this relates to the perceptions of society. For the concept of the elite.
