The feasibility study is an urgent necessity for the project owners to know whether it is possible to start implementing the proposed proposal. The importance of the project is not limited to others. The benefit is the different projects whether public or private. The success of the feasibility studies depends on the nature of the criteria used in preparing the study On the study as well.
The increasing need for training in various fields is an important outlet that the University of Kufa can invest properly by establishing the center of preparation and training for the purpose of preparing and training the various cadres in the province, which constitutes an important tributary in the field of training and contributes to raise the scientific status of the university,
The study showed the structure of the center, how it was constructed, the purpose of its construction in detail, the costs required for its construction, the targeted laws and the services it seeks to provide.
