Abstract :
This research aims to:1- Measuring of. sacrifice-Self and Spiritual copin
- Comparing’. sacrifice-Self and Spiritual copin according to the variants of sex (Male/ Female) .
- Exploring the relation between the sacrifice-Self and Spiritual copin ,To achieve these goals, the research has applied the measure of the, sacrifice-Self and Spiritual copin which had been translated, on a (200) employees (Male and Female). The sample has been chosen randomly, adopting the simple equally distributed, After the data statistic deal, the research has concluded the following results:1- Has a sample of the research the sacrifice-Self and Spiritual copin.
2-There is statistic significant difference concerning sacrifice-Self for the sex variant (Male/ Female),and There is a statistic significant difference concerning the Spiritual copin . (Male/ Female), i. e., male 3-There is a correlation between the sacrifice-Self and Spiritual copin. In the light of the present research results,
the research has concluded several recommendations and suggestions .
