The research deals with Iran's position on the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2022, as Iran tried at the beginning of the crisis to play a mediating role between the two warring parties and solve problems between the two countries through diplomatic means, and after the continuation of that war, Iran supported the Russian position by providing the latter with drones in accordance with the signed agreements. Between the two allies, Iran was affected by this war through the West’s hardening towards the Iranian nuclear program, which had previously occurred since 2015, but the withdrawal of the United States of America from it in 2018 created a crisis in that program that continued and became complicated with the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2022.
