Abstract
The state of tension between the two neighbors, Iraq and the Kingdom of Najd and Hejaz, imposed and necessitated knowing the nature of the policy by which the two countries were managed in light of the British dominance over every detail in the general situation of the two countries in order to obtain the greatest possible amount of concessions, which it included in its treaties and became clear in the position of the spectator that it adopted during those attacks on the nomadic Iraqi tribes, especially since protecting them militarily was a duty entrusted to it in light of the mandate imposed on Iraq by it until that behavior became a tool that Britain waved to extract the greatest possible amount of concessions
