The research presented the issue of specialized jurisprudence that should be considered in the present time, so that one may refer to specialists. A qualified jurist must be well-versed in the affairs of his era and the emerging issues that arise, possessing a comprehensive understanding of them, their intricacies, and their underlying realities, in order to be able to articulate God's ruling on them. This is what is termed the "specialized jurist."
This is an important topic that many jurists and scholars have called for as a modern necessity, given that specialization has become a defining characteristic of our time due to tremendous scientific advancements and the emergence of numerous new variables and practices. This necessitates finding appropriate solutions and approaches in all fields.
