Anyone who is harmed by the decisions of the arbitration process, the delay in the arbitration procedures, or the violation of publishing ethics can submit his appeal or complaint to the editor-in-chief of the journal/or the editor of the section responsible for the procedures of the arbitration process for his research, either within the journal’s website or at the email below:
