إشكالية العلاقة بين الديمقراطية والليبرالية في الفكر الغربي - فوكوياما أنموذجا - دراسة تحليلية نقدية-

Abstract

       The researcher is attempting to scrutinizing this problem thoroughly and analytically in the supposing relationship between democracy as a practice for administrating the affairs of the state, while it passes through the variant historical stages as it is treated by the historical changes while the reader, the interpreter and the participant are living by this process.

     The research aims at criticizing the liberal international culture, the poetics for reading its aprior  conception as well as the attempts to deal with those past grounds when they are lived inside the ideological practices.

      The aim of this paper lies in its emphasis on the relativity and mistreatment of the conception of the liberal international thought and its democratic practice.
