The research aimed to explore the effect of strategic flexibility as an independent variable through its dimensions (production flexibility, marketing flexibility, competitive flexibility) in reducing organizational conflict through its dimensions (avoidance strategy, control and power strategy, settlement strategy, cooperation strategy) in Al-Ittihad Food Industries Company. The research problem was represented by the possibility Reducing the occurrence of organizational conflict through the strategic flexibility that the organization enjoys. The importance of the research was represented by its treatment of a practical and realistic issue that many organizations suffer from, according to sources, which is the effects of organizational conflict, and this is what the descriptive analytical approach that the research adopted calls for. The research relied on the questionnaire as the main tool. To collect data from the research sample, which represented managers and officials in the company, the number of questionnaires distributed was (107), while the number of questionnaires suitable for analysis was (100). The data was analyzed through the use of the (Smart PLS) program. The research came out with a number of conclusions, the most important of which was proving the effect of the dimensions of flexibility. Strategy to reduce organizational conflict.
