In this research, we are trying to convey some aspects of the Chinese experience despite the great difference in many economic possibilities. Most importantly, the change and reform approach in China came from within and with pure national will, while in Iraq, political and economic change occurred from the outside in an economy exhausted by wars and tight international sanctions. We seek to project this experience as much as possible onto Iraq in general and seek a national experience in economic reform in particular.
