The effect of organizational conspiracy theory on the strategic anxiety of leaders of security institutions

The current research aims to test the effect of the organizational conspiracy theory on strategic anxiety, as well as, descriptive statistics for variables and dimensions, to achieve the objectives of the research, a hypothetical model was formulated that reflects the study hypotheses, as it consists of three main variables, the independent variable are the organizational conspiracy theory It was measured together (9 items) , while the dependent variable was strategic anxiety dimensions (fear of the future, social disorders, threats and competitive inconsistency). The research adopted exploratory descriptive approach. The questionnaire was a main tool for data collection, the research was applied in the Maysan Governorate Police Directorate. the sample of research consisted of (251) officers of total population (727) which were recovered, while used statistical programs by (SPSS V.24, SMART PLS V.3.3) to analyze the raw data, The research tested the seven main hypotheses and sub-hypotheses, the results of the statistical analysis are the validity of hypotheses, as well as a number of results, a significant influence of the organizational conspiracy theory on strategic anxiety
