Abstract

The current research aims to identify the role of human resources re-engineering in raising the morale of employees. For the purpose of achieving the goal of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was followed and the statistical program (Spss, v.23) was used to analyze the data, which shows that the morale of employees is raised as a result of re-engineering resources. Humanity, the research community was identified in the Iraqi Drilling Company/Transportation and Machinery Maintenance Department, and a random sample was taken with (98) questionnaires representing a population of (200) workers, and they were identified according to the source (Krejcie & Morgan:1970:607), and through it, the researcher arrived at A group of conclusions, the most important of which is (the existence of a strong impact relationship between re-engineering human resources and morale, which indicates a strong positive reaction to the emergence of an increase in the morale of workers in the Iraqi Drilling Company - Transport and Maintenance Department). As for the recommendations, the most important of them is (the company should pay attention to providing training programs. And development for employees to build a flexible base for human resources re-engineering requirements.
