Abstract

The study mainly aims to show the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on the innovative behavior of employees for a sample of workers in private hospitals. To achieve this, the measurement of entrepreneurial leadership was based on three dimensions (proactivity, innovation, and risk tolerance). While innovative behavior was measured by four dimensions (exploration of opportunities, idea generation, idea promotion, application). The researcher relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting the necessary data from the sample, which amounted to (100) individuals. Need to apply the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership to reach a state of equilibrium for the presence of leaders and individuals who are self- and morally empowered, and this is reflected because of implementing its work, which contributes to achieving innovative behavior.
