Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the Organized Crime Control Directorate’s possession of styles of strategic leadership and administrative empowerment, as well as to know the extent to which strategic leadership styles and their dimensions (bureaucratic style, political style, professional style, entrepreneurial style) influence an explanatory variable influencing administrative empowerment as a dependent variable responsive to its dimensions. (Knowledge, delegation of authority, work teams, independence) to be the subject of the research in the Organized Crime Control Directorate affiliated with the Ministry of Interior / in Baghdad Governorate, in addition to presenting a set of recommendations that could contribute to enhancing administrative empowerment, and based on the importance of the research to the Directorate and its divisions And its employees and its importance to society and diagnosing the nature of the relationship between the research variables and identifying the most appropriate leadership style in achieving administrative empowerment. The research adopted the exploratory descriptive analytical method based on the questionnaire in collecting data, targeting a sample of the directorate’s leaders. The research community reached (200) members, while the The research sample was (170) observations. The research sought to test a number of hypotheses related to the influence relationships between the research variables. It used ready-made statistical programs (SPSS v.28, AMOS v.26) to process the data. The researcher reached a set of results, the most important of which was (Benefiting from the impact of strategic leadership styles on administrative empowerment) Thus, it was found that there is a high impact of strategic leadership styles on administrative empowerment. The research concluded with a set of recommendations and work mechanisms for implementation.
