Abstract

Based on research in the field of economic development and information systems, the aim of this study is to seek a better understanding of the relationship between ICT capabilities within the digital economy environment. To achieve this goal, both ICT capabilities in human development in the United Arab Emirates were studied. United and used to develop a theoretical model describing the relationship between these variables. To test the generalizability of the model, data was collected from the economy in the United Arab Emirates on the research variables.
