THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL INTEGRITY TO REDUCE INCIVILITY IN THE WORKPLACE An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of workers in the Directorate of Education of Najaf

The research seeks to identify the role of organizational integrity in reducing incivility in the workplace in the study district. The (descriptive-analytical) approach was used to analyze the nature of the relationship between the research variables. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection. (244) questionnaires were distributed to a random sample. From the employees of the General Directorate of Education of Najaf, and the number of questionnaires retrieved was (233), of which (226) were valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of (97%). Correlation and simple regression method, and they were analyzed by advanced statistical software (AMOS .v.25) and (SPSS v.26) as well as using Excel (2007). The theoretical results revealed that there is a knowledge gap to explain the role of organizational integrity in reducing incivility in the workplace in general, and in the Directorate of Education of Najaf in particular. Workplace). The research reached a number of conclusions that showed through its results the validity of most of its hypotheses. The research recommends directing and training the working individuals on the standards of organizational integrity, provided that they do not practice nepotism and deal with others in an appropriate manner that enables them to make principled and fair choices that contribute to reducing incivility in the workplace.
