Utilizing Digital Transformation to Improve high Performance in the Healthcare Sector in Iraq

Abstract

   The present investigation aims to elucidate the degree to which the Healthcare sector in Iraq has embraced digital transformation and this because the importance of digital transformation and its advantages as well as its direct connection to overall effectiveness enhancement.  information and data was obtained by a survey as a method of data collection . Hospitals and Primary Healthcare Centers of Karbala was the community of research, research sample consisted of 137 employees from various hospitals and primary healthcare centers in karbalaa and they was selected randomly. The investigation employed statistical software programs such as SMART PLS and SPSS V26 to assess its hypotheses. The independent variable of the investigation focused on digital transformation encompassing its’ aspects while The dependent variable was represented by high performanceand its’ dimentions. The study produced multiple findings, including a significant correlation and impact of digital transformation on organizational performance. Moreover, the inquiry provided several recommendations to capitalize on the positive influence of digital transformation on high performance.
