Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of digital leadership in facing organizational obesity according to the e-Workplace environment, The field of study was Iraqi universities. A sample of 80 people was selected from among the administrators and technicians working in universities in Baghdad, 71 questionnaires were obtained, of which 66 were valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of (88.75%). The study model was formulated and analyzed by adopting correlation coefficients Regression and structural modeling using AMOS v.23 and SPSS v.23. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the transition to the e-Workplace environment, supports the positive impact of digital leadership on the organizational obesity of Iraqi organizations.
