Abstract

     This study aims to achieve human resources for competitive advantage through electronic management, and its role in developing the administrative process, and to measure the impact of the application of its systems on the development of administrative work and on the performance of employees in the National Union Bank of Iraq, Basra branch, and to achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the method of the field study. Relying on the questionnaire tool that was distributed to a random sample of bank branch employees. The sample amounted to (30) bank branch employees, and statistical methods were used to process the sample answers using the Spss.22 program. The results of the study were that there is an electronic system within the bank that contributes greatly to supporting the electronic management of human resources and facilitating daily work procedures and the customer is satisfied with the level of the bank’s performance and services. The study recommends the necessity of Completing databases and opening a website for customers to access and request services and complete them electronically for some operations that are still traditionally going on now.
