The research seeks to show the impact of green human resources management in achieving outstanding performance. As the current trend towards a green or sustainable environment in all areas of business, including the management of green human resources, Which determines the importance of the human resource and the work it performs in order to achieve outstanding performance in the field of work including what appeared in green universities, A group of formations of the Northern Technical University in Mosul were selected as an applied research field to verify the main research hypotheses,Which shows that there is a correlation and is collected through the statistical program SPSS. v.25, To study the impact of green human resources management on the outstanding performance of the research organization through the electronic questionnaire form.Therefore, the research concluded to present a set of conclusions that confirm the existence of a positive and highly significant moral correlation and impact between green human resource management and outstanding performance.This indicates that the research organization pays attention to green human resources and in a way that led us to present some proposals, including the need to work on strengthening the strengths of the organization and developing employees with green behaviors by conducting several courses on green human resources management to achieve outstanding performance in them.
