Abstract

The research aims to identify the role of organizational Ambidexterity in promoting and adopting digital transformation strategies in a sample represented by the faculties of the University of Al-Muthannaa Do the dimensions of organizational Ambidexterity have a role in promoting and adopting digital transformation strategies for the faculties of the University of Al-Muthannaa, the research sample?

The research identified a main hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational Ambidexterity and digital transformation strategies. A questionnaire was valid for analysis (200), which were analyzed using statistical programs such as the program (SPSS.V.26) as well as (AMOS.V.24) and Path Analysis ,The most prominent findings of the research were that organizational Ambidexterity has a positive role in promoting and adopting digital transformation strategies in the faculties of the University of Al-Muthannaa.
