Digital leadership and its role in enhancing the flow of organizational energy - an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of workers in travel and tourism companies in the Holy Najaf Governorate

The aim of this research is to try to reduce the knowledge gap between two variables, namely digital leadership and organizational energy, through the use of the exploratory approach, based on the main idea that digital leadership for the activities of travel and tourism companies is the main focus to achieve the maximum benefit from organizational energy, and to achieve this, opinions were surveyed A number of managers and employees of travel and tourism companies in the province of Najaf. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was prepared, which represented the main tool for data collection. The researchers distributed it using the random sampling method to (120) and the number of retrieved questionnaires was (110), while those valid for statistical analysis were (103). A questionnaire where (7) of the questionnaires are not valid for statistical analysis were excluded, and they were analyzed by means of the (SPSS V.21) program. The results of the statistical analysis showed a high prevalence of the two variables (digital leadership and organizational energy) in the travel and tourism companies under study. The results of the analysis also showed that there is a direct and significant correlation between the two variables under consideration, as well as a direct impact of digital leadership on organizational energy.
