Abstract

The Current study  aims to address one of the most important topics in air travel programs, that plays an active role in the development of tourist seasons as well as the importance of services provided by airlines as a means of transport.

It also tries to shed light on the range of services offered by airlines and the extent to which they fulfill their obligations towards their customers, namely the groups of passengers on their air fleet. 100 questionnaires have been distributed to a Fixed of passengers who used the service on the Iraqi Airways . The results are analyzed within the Likert scale (consumer preference) using repetitions, arithmetical averages and percentages. The Current Work reaches a set of important conclusions and recommendations to be used to improve air transport services and the company in question.
