The impact of successful administrative leadership on organizational performance

The research problem was the extent of the impact of successful administrative leadership with its dimensions (sources of the leader’s power, the leader’s influence on subordinates, the leader’s skills) on organizational performance with its dimensions (sources, results, goals). The questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting information as well as observation, as it was distributed (87) A questionnaire was administered to the senior leaders in the Doura refinery and then they were tested intentionally. The data was analyzed using the statistical program (Spss). The research found that there was a correlation and a significant impact of successful administrative leadership on organizational performance. In light of this, a set of conclusions and recommendations were formulated. For the benefit of those concerned with the current study
