Electronic management and its role in promoting organizational change An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees in the Najaf Health Department

The research seeks to test the effect and the relationship between its variables (electronic management, organizational change) in the Najaf Health Department and to indicate the extent of its application in the researched organization. The researchers adopted the descriptive, analytical approach, and the data were processed and analyzed using the statistical program SPSS v.26 and the program Smart PLS V.4. The researchers relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data and information related to the research problem in the researched organization. The current research targeted employees in a department Najaf Health, as (67) questionnaires were distributed to individuals working in the researched organization, and (61) questionnaires valid for statistical analysis were retrieved. To keep abreast of technological developments and continuous changes in the external environment and achieve the goals it seeks efficiently
