Abstract

This research aims to verify the availability of the independent variable (nonsense in the workplace) and the dependent variable (psychological fragility of health service providers), and to analyze the relationship between them, and to address the research problem related to the high level of psychological fragility of health service providers at Al Zahra Teaching Hospital, for which several questions were raised. Several issues around it, by adopting the analytical approach to analyze the opinions of a sample of male and female nurses, workers in medical laboratories and pharmacists at Al-Zahraa Teaching Hospital from the research community, which reached (1000) individuals, and to accurately represent this community, the researchers used the simple random sample method, according to which Distributing (325) questionnaires randomly and directly to the research sample, then the collected data were subjected to a set of statistical tests such as: (normal distribution, discriminant validity, convergent validity, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive analysis, path analysis method, etc.) using the program (SPSS). V.26) and (SmartPLS V.4) The results showed that there were significant correlations and influences between the investigated variables.
