Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of the digital economy in China on the labor market by creating new job opportunities as a result of adopting three mechanisms in the field of employment: substitution, influence, and matching. Through their application, the digital economy in China has achieved rapid development and has played, in particular, an indispensable role in Improving employment patterns, creating job opportunities, and modifying the employment structure. The research also touched on the most prominent areas of employment resulting from the digital economy, represented by e-commerce, technology industries, and multiple employment.
