Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role of digitization in postal services in enhancing the quality and type of services in public institutions affiliated with the state, which would support development and progress in Algeria, as well as accelerate and simplify administrative transactions and improve the relationship between individuals and public institutions.

The research paper focuses on the experience of the public institution, Algerian Post, in the field of digital transformation and digital platforms, which have contributed to the development of the level and scale of services provided to citizens, through a field study of the institution, which, like other institutions, seeks to keep up with scientific and technological progress, introduce information and communication technology, bring administration closer to citizens, and activate all modern mechanisms to improve the public services provided by the state.

The study concluded by highlighting the effective role of digital transformation and digital platforms through their contributions to improving the performance and modernization of institutions through the technological development taking place and the effectiveness of services, which translates into the contribution of public institutions in supporting the promising prospects for development in Algeria and developing the structures and developmental sectors that have found customer satisfaction
