Abstract

Digital transformation holds significant and crucial economic importance, especially concerning foreign direct investment (FDI). It serves as a clear support tool, playing a substantial role in increasing (FDI) rates and efficiently utilizing economic resources. Given that it represents the majority of technologies aiding the advancement of countries' economies, the correlation between digital transformation and foreign direct investment is evident. Digital transformation plays a crucial role in various economic aspects, including investments, trade, and diverse state sectors.Digital transformation leads to the growth and reformation of all economic sectors, utilizing economic relationships between variables that contribute to tangible economic growth in the investment sector through digital technology or advanced technologies. The research underscores the importance of investigating the relationship between digital transformation and foreign direct investment in Egypt, particularly in employing this digital shift towards investment growth.
