Abstract

This study aims to identify the role played by digital products in premature organizational aging in electronic sales centers. It also focused the importance of the study on the basic elements of digital products and their role in the development of the digital economy and the transition of companies to digital work. Electronic sales centers are one of the most prominent channels used to sell these products. The importance of this study comes from highlighting the role of digital products in premature organizational aging, which is an important challenge facing companies in the digital economy. It also focused on the role of digital products in premature organizational aging. 200 electronic questionnaires were distributed to customers who purchased digital products from these centers according to the statistical analysis program SPSS. The results of the study also showed that digital products play an important role in promoting premature organizational aging, as they can contribute to improving organizational performance, and promoting innovation and change in Companies. The study also showed that customers who purchase digital products from electronic sales centers show different preferences towards these products, which reinforces the importance of providing a distinctive experience for customers in these centers, while the most important recommendations are to enhance awareness and training, as it is recommended to provide training and awareness programs for employees in the sales centers. e-mail about the importance of digital products and how to market and sell them effectively, and qualify them to deal with customers who are looking for these products.
